Western Bulldogs defender Easton Wood sustained a hamstring injury at training on Monday, the injury it is not considered serious but more of a low grade tightness.
Wood will be placed on a modified training program for the next 2 weeks. .
“In training Monday, Easton suffered some low-grade hamstring tightness,”
“Being this time of year, we don’t want to take any risks with Easton, so we’re going to back off his training for a couple of weeks.” Medical Services Manager Chris Bell.
Wood averaged 11.6 Disposals, 4.3 Marks & 1.3 Tackles from 23 games in 2019, he has played in 80.3% of games since the beginning of the 2017 H&A season.

It is likely Wood will be available for the start of the 2020 H&A season, if there are any further setbacks opportunities may open up in defence at the Bulldogs.
