Richmond defender Bachar Houli has been ruled out for Round 1, he sustained a calf injury at training today.
Houli is likely to miss several games due to the amended AFL Fixture that could see games played with minimal rest.
Richmond will provide a further update on Houli in the coming days.

Houli played 22 out of 25 games in the 2019 season, he averaged 27.8 Disposals, 6.5 Marks, & 2.7 Tackles.

The injury to Bachar Houli opens up a prime scoring position in defence at the Tigers, Jayden Short could see an increase in scoring along with a few others including Liam Baker.
Houli is now a pass in both classic.
