Injury Update: Robbie Gray

Robbie Gray is likely to be available for Round 1.

He left the ground early on Saturday in the AAMI Community Series game against Adelaide with hamstring awareness.

Port Adelaide GM of Football Chris Davies provided good news on Monday via SENSA that Gray will likely be available for Round 1.

“He felt some soreness in his hamstring and we just thought that there was no real reason (to continue),”

“He hasn’t missed a beat the whole pre-season so for him to miss the rest of the game wasn’t a bad thing.”

“He’s looking like he’s going to be ready for Round 1 which is good for our club.” he said.

GAME DAY LIVE on Twitter @aflratings_Live Davies also added that Charlie Dixon is “less likely than likely” to play Round 1, also adding that Sam Hayes will “be around the
mark” for an AFL debut in the same game.
