2022 AFL DFS: Round 1 Top Plays Sunday

AFL DFS Top Plays Sunday

GOLD COAST

Touk Miller had a break out season in 2021 through the midfield at Gold Coast, he scored 120pts or more in an elite 61.9% of games finishing with a season average of 122.1pts.

The match-up against West Coast on Sunday should be optimal, the Eagles are currently decimated through injury and players in health and safety protocols.

A ceiling game should be in play, ownership could be moderate with his elevated salary.

HAWTHORN

The scoring rate for Tom Mitchell should be very strong against the Kangaroos on Sunday, he will likely be used at a high rate through the midfield which should include a decent amount of centre bounce usage.

He scored 120pts or more in a very strong 46.5% of games last season, if left unattended his scoring output should be very strong.

Pairing Mitchell & Miller with several value picks on Sunday could provide a decent return.

Expect moderate ownership for Mitchell.

VALUE

With so much value about on Sunday ownership could be spread out across the board, Wayne Milera makes his return from injury and should settle in across half-back for the Crows.

His scoring rate should put him into a position to exceed value.

Luke Foley is currently showing up as strong value for West Coast, his ball winning ability should provide a strong enough scoring output against Gold Coast.

Lloyd Meek takes the No.1 ruck spot for Fremantle on Sunday against Adelaide, he should exceed value coming in at a rock bottom salary.
