Round 4 of the 2022 AFL H&A season began on Thursday night, @aflratingsPete lists the Top 5 Players Under $300K for Round 4.
The order takes into account historical performance, ability to make a substantial profit, opportunity and scoring output in their actual team role plus subjective and balanced input.
The ability to remain best 22 is also a strong consideration. Â
This list will assist in identifying players to target ahead of Round 4, it may adjust based on team selection & availability.Â
Final updates (if any) will occur on Friday afternoon.

TOP 5 AFL FANTASY PLAYERS UNDER $300K – (FINAL UPDATE)
1. Neil Erasmus
Erasmus was solid on debut last week, he recorded 18 disposals, 4 marks and 2 tackles.Â
His usage through the midfield was extremely solid, he was used at 61.5% of centre bounces with several key mids unavailable at the Dockers.Â
The midfield opportunities should remain strong enough if he can maintain his spot in the team for the short to medium term.Â

2. Reef McInnes
McInnes made his AFL debut last week, he recorded 14 disposals, 5 marks and 2 tackles.Â
He mainly played across half-forward and moved up the ground in general play.Â
His opportunities in the short term should remain strong enough to provide a decent ROI.Â
3. Marcus Windhager
Windhager will make his AFL debut for the Saints this week, he should be able to adapt to AFL level with his strong body.Â
He can play through the midfield if required or outside in a half-forward type role, he can win his own ball in contested situations.Â
The salary for Windhager is appealing, he should provide a decent ROI if he can maintain his spot in the best 22 at the Saints.Â

4. Nasiah Wanganeen-Milera
Wanganeen-Milera has averaged 12.5 disposals and 3.5 marks from his last 2 games.Â
He remains predominantly in an outside wing/midfield type role.
The ability for Wanganeen-Milera to remain inside the best 22 at the Saints should be decent in the short to medium term.
5. Nathan O’Driscoll
O’Driscoll recorded 12 disposals and 4 marks against West Coast last week.Â
There will be an upcoming selection squeeze on at Fremantle which could place pressure on O’Driscoll to hold his spot, but his role does provide an opportunity to score at a decent rate.
There is risk here but the potential upside on a decent ROI remains.
