Izak Rankine Role

AFLRATINGS NEWS: Izak Rankine has provided an update on his role for the 2025 season. 

Last year he played through the midfield and forward line for the Crows, he finished with 29 goals from 15 games. 

Rankine was used at 38.2% of team centre bounces in games he played last season.

Rankine stated this week that he’ll play through the midfield and forward line again this season.

He also said that he’s hopeful he’ll push a little more into the midfield. 

Rankine averaged 18.0 disposals, 3.2 marks and 3.4 tackles from 15 games for Adelaide in 2024.
