Armstrong underwent further assessment to determine the severity of the injury.
He is expected to miss 8 weeks with a bone stress in his foot.
“People would have seen Harry Armstrong withdrawn from the game in the third quarter. That was more precautionary at the time, we just noticed that he was running a bit strangely, and we came back and investigated some soreness in his foot,”

“Unfortunately, the investigation showed that he’s got some bone stress in his foot, and sadly, we expect him to be out for the next around about eight weeks.” Richmond High Performance Manager Ben Serpell.
Richmond next play Port Adelaide on Saturday April 4 at the MCG.
Richmond will likely provide updates during his rehabilitation period.
