AFLRATINGS NEWS: Port Adelaide midfielder Jason Horne-Francis was assessed for a left knee concern on Saturday against Sydney at the SCG.
Horne-Francis came from the ground following a contest in Q4 and was immediately ruled out of the game.

Senior coach Josh Carr allayed any fears following the game saying Horne-Francis hyperextended knee.
Horne-Francis has undergone further assessment to determine the severity of the issue, he has been cleared of serious damage.
He has however been diagnosed with bone bruising in his left knee (via Andrew Hayes).
Horne-Francis remains a chance to play in Round 23.
Port Adelaide will likely provide an update in the upcoming period.

Horne-Francis averaged 23.6 disposals, 5.1 marks and 3.4 tackles prior to Round 22 (AF PPM: 1.21).
Port Adelaide next play Melbourne on Saturday August 15 at Adelaide Oval.
