Todd Goldstein (MB $8,300, DS $14,250)
Selecting a Ruck on Friday is quite critical and will definitely influence team structure, Goldstein outperformed Longer by 34 pts in Round 22 last year (With Brayden Preuss playing) & 41pts in Round 13.
Many will see the cheaper price on Billy Longer and happily click on his name, but with an ugly 32pts (Longer) against Brisbane last week Goldy is likely the better option albeit more expensive. Goldstein has a very good ceiling, hopefully he can exceed value by a long way and reward those rostering him.
Jack Billings (MB $8,500, DS $13,850)
Billings is turning in to a legit high ceiling player scoring 123pts last week against Brisbane, he has averaged 117.8pts from his last 5 games (26.8 Ave Disposals). In his last 2 games against the Kangaroos Billings has averaged 103.5pts, considering Nth Melbourne have conceded 400+ Disposals in 9 of their last 16 games he is in a prime spot to exceed value on Friday.
Billings is by far the best available FWD available on both platforms which should see strong ownership, join the party and roster him in the majority of your line-ups.
