Scully was injured in his opening game of the season in Round 2, the subsequent ankle injury forced him to miss the remainder of the 2018 season. Scully has a career average 21.2 Disposals & 3.8 Marks, he averaged 23.1 Disposals & 3.8 Marks from 24 games in 2017.
“We understand Tom has been suffering with an ankle injury, however we are fully confident our medical team will help get him back to full fitness” Hawthorn GM of Football Graham Wright.

AFL FANTASY TAKE: Initially the idea about selecting Scully will come down to fitness due to his significant ankle injury, it is worthwhile monitoring pre-season news relating to his health but he would have to complete a full or near full pre-season which at this stage is unlikely to be considered as an option.
Scully averaged 82.9pts in 2017, he will be heavily discounted at Round 1 next season.
