Bet Lab: The 2020 Season That Was

Another AFL season is in the books, there were plenty of betting opportunities throughout the year for punters.

Here is how it all went down..

PREMIERSHIP

The 2020 premiership market was very similar to 2019:

Richmond had their injury issues early in the 2020 season and after starting at $4.50 they quickly drifted out to $9.00 by Round 6, the Tigers were patient in getting several key players back in time for finals & despite a week 1 finals loss to Brisbane back to back premierships became a reality.

Port Adelaide were great value looking back on their early season premierships odds of $31, the Power were eliminated by Richmond by 6pts at the Preliminary Final stage.

GWS were the biggest fail of the top 7 favourites going into the 2020 season, the Giants missed the Final 8.
