AFL FANTASY TAKE

Walters averaged 73.1pts from 14 games last season, he scored a season high 105pts in Round 2 against Brisbane.

An opportunity opens up in the Fremantle team for the short term until Walters does return, Bailey Banfield & Mitch Crowden are now each out for an extended period with injuries.

With Lobb also sidelined the Dockers will have their depth tested early, senior coach Justin Longmuir may be forced to move one of his key defenders forward for a period of time.

Nat Fyfe is also a possibility to see an increase in forward usage with the latest injuries despite his comments on his 2021 midfield usage last week.

Expect some type of volatility in roles for several players at the Dockers in the short term.

Walters is a pass in AFL Fantasy classic to start the season, he slides several spots in 10 team standard draft leagues.
