Injury Update: Jack Henry

Jack Henry will be limited over the Christmas break, he was in a moon boot as Geelong finished up their pre-season training in December via Mitch Cleary.

The injury has been described by Cleary as a hotspot in his foot.

It is anticipated the precautionary measure won’t impact his training in January, the Cats will likely provide updates in the upcoming period.

Henry averaged 14.0 Disposals, 6.2 Marks & 1.8 Tackles from 24 games in 2021.

Fantasy Impact: Jack Henry averaged 64.9pts from 24 games in 2021, he scored a season high 99pts in Round 6 against West Coast. 

The injury ins’t considered serious at this stage for Henry, he’ll be a feature again in defence for Geelong in 2022.

Henry is a pass in season long fantasy, his inconsistent scoring makes him a difficult player to roster.
