Adam Tomlinson has provided an update on his knee injury, he ruptured his ACL in Round 7 last year.
He is now 7 months post-surgery and tracking well to return on schedule.
“My knee’s great. It doesn’t worry me, I don’t even think of it on the field, so from that aspect, it’s going really well.”
“And I’m the fittest I’ve ever been. It’s been really good to change training up and do different forms of exercise.” Tomlinson said.
