Fantasy Impact: Matthew Johnson averaged 21.3 Disposals, 4.2 Marks & 5.7 Tackles from 6 games in the WAFL Colts in 2021.
The injury set back is not ideal in his first pre-season from a fantasy perspective, the time lost throughout his rehabilitation program will likely set him back for quite a while leading into the 2021 season.

The focus does start to narrow on available midfield playing time with the loss of Adam Cerra in the off-season, Darcy Tucker is expected to play through the middle of the ground in 2022.
As for Johnson, he is now a pass in season long fantasy at Round 1, keep tracking his progress with a view to selecting him at some stage when he becomes available at AFL level.
He’s a pass in single season draft leagues.
