Hawthorn has traded for Jack Gunston.
Hawthorn National List and Recruiting Manager Mark McKenzie provided an update on the trade.

“Whilst still contributing strongly on the field, he’ll also play an important role in helping foster the emerging talent on our list.” McKenzie said.
Gunston averaged 10.0 disposals, 5.2 marks, 0.9 tackles from 17 games for the Lions in 2023. He finished with 22 goals.

Brisbane receive: Brandon Ryan, 2024 4th Rd (HAW), 39, 54
Gold Coast receive: 2024 2nd Rd (BRI)
