Injury Update: Blake Thredgold

AFLRATINGS NEWS: Nth Melbourne defender Blake Thredgold will miss the start of the 2026 season. 

He underwent surgery on a Lisfranc injury on Tuesday.

There is no current timeline for a return for Thredgold although it is expected he will be sidelined for an extended period. 

“It will be an ongoing discussion, as it’s important we see how Blake recovers from the surgery before we map out the next steps,”
