St Kilda confirmed a rib injury throughout the game.
De Koning spent Sunday night in hospital with two fractured ribs and a punctured lung (via Tom Morris on Monday).

De Koning averaged 13.0 disposals,3.3 marks, 1.6 tackles and 18.9 hit outs prior to Round 15 (AF PPM: 0.88).
