AFLRATINGS NEWS: GWS small forward Phoenix Gothard was assessed for a dislocated left shoulder on Saturday against Geelong.
Gothard came from the ground in Q4 and did not return to the game.

GWS confirmed a shoulder injury throughout the game.
Gothard has undergone further assessment to determine the severity of the injury, he will undergo shoulder surgery.
Senior coach Adam Kingsley cofirmed on Friday that Gothard is set to miss the remainder of the season.
GWS will likely provide a updates during his rehabilitation period.

Gothard averaged 14.7 disposals, 2.0 marks, 3.6 tackles and 1.2 goals prior to Round 18 (AF PPM: 0.86).
