Collingwood defender Brayden Maynard has been further sidelined from a return.
He left the training track early after injuring his knee on Saturday morning.
Collingwood confirmed the knee issue on Saturday.
Maynard has undergone further assessment to determine the severity of the injury, he has been diagnosed with a grade-one MCL strain.
A timeline for a return to play is yet to be established.

Maynard averaged 18.0 disposals, 5.2 marks, 4.0 tackles prior to Round 24 (AF PPM: 1.00).
Collingwood next play Western Bulldogs on Friday night August 28 at the MCG.
