Collingwood 2010 Premiership player Tyson Goldsack ruptured his ACL in the final JLT Series game on Saturday, the Magpie utility was informed of the injury after scans on Sunday.
Goldsack has played in 161 games for Collingwood since debuting in 2007, he appeared to be set for a role up forward to begin the 2018 H&A season but now he is likely to be sidelined for the entire year.

Goldsack signed a 1 year contract extension in September last year, he is 31 in May and another 1 year contract coming off an ACL seems unlikely right now.
FANTASY TAKE: Darcy Moore could be impacted by the Goldsack injury, Collingwood have been true to their word in playing Moore as an intercept defender during the pre-season but those plans could now change.
