Seb Ross continues to be the quiet achiever at St Kilda, with Jack Steven attracting most of the opposition attention Ross set a career season high average of 107.3pts in 2018.

Ross scored 100pts or more in 57.1% of games & 120pts or more in 42.9% of games in 2018, this was significant increase in ceiling games compared to 2017.

Ross has been durable in the last 3 years having played in 98.5% of games, he has averaged 102.5pts over the same period.

The addition of Dan Hannebery will provide a different midfield mix next season at St Kilda, additionally the Saints have a new crew of assistant coaches that are likely to deliver a new direction. 

St Kilda averaged 388.7 Disposals in the 2018 H&A season (Rank 3), the Saints averaged 398.0 Disposals in the 2017 H&A season (Rank 4). 

The increase in ceiling games for Ross last season suggests that he can maintain a strong average in 2019, his low ownership is something to consider if you are looking for a unique midfield option. 

The starting salary for Ross isn’t likely value compared to other premium Midfield options, if he can find an improved level in his points floor then he might be worth considering throughout 2019 as a point of difference.
