Rayner was positive & upbeat on his running program, with several months still to go until the start of the 2022 H&A season he should be primed & ready to return in Round 1.
“I feel like I ran well today and I’ve tried to base myself around blokes I aspire to run like.”
“I’m feeling good.”
“It’s been competitive in the off-season and it continues at training” Rayner said.

Rayner averaged 9.8 Disposals, 3.0 Marks, 3.2 Tackles & 1.0 Goal from 17 games in 2020 (*16 Min Qtrs).
Fantasy Impact: Cam Rayner averaged 51.5pts from 17 games in 2020 (*16Min Qtrs), all looks promising for a full pre-season & a return to football in Round 1.
His scoring output hasn’t reached great levels so far in his career, but a move more through a midfield role would certainly provide an opportunity to increase his scoring rate.
Rayner may be an option early in season long fantasy at Round 1, there should be some value based on his starting salary but an increase in midfield usage would be noteworthy.
He’s likely a pass in single season draft leagues.
