Western Bulldogs senior coach Luke Beveridge has provided an update on the role for Marcus Bontempelli.
Speaking at his weekly presser Beveridge was open to the idea to continue to play Bontempelli forward but will adjust when necessary.

“We’ll continue to change and adjust when we need to,”
“But having him up forward really helped us last week so we’ll definitely go in probably thinking about a similar approach.” he said.
Beveridge also provided an update on the replacement for Lachie Hunter.
“Our wing situation has become a little bit uncertain, the great thing about that is that it creates opportunities for others.” he said.

Beveridge added Lachie McNeil “is an obvious candidate.”
He also noted Louis Butler, Arthur Jones, Charlie Parker can play a wing roles.
Beveridge also made it clear that “we don’t want to bring too much inexperience into the team right now when they may not be ready”.
