Collingwood senior coach Craig McRae admits the role for Brodie Grundy is a work in progress.
McRae stated that Grundy has been used ahead of the ball and behind the ball and will will continue to get him settled.
Speaking at his weekly presser McRae provided further insight.

“We’re working really hard with Brodie,”
“He’s competing really well in the contest, it’s around the outsides of that we’re really trying to get to work with Brodie and trying to find out where he fits best.”

“We’re trying to get him to play forward of the ball sometimes and behind the ball, we’ve just got to get him settled.”
“We’re not quite there yet, but it’s a work in progress with Brodie.”
McRae also added that Scott Pendlebury will return to a half back role saying “that’s where he is best suited”.
