AFL News: Trent Cotchin has been sidelined for the short term.
He injured his left shoulder on Thursday night against Carlton.
Cotchin has been diagnosed with a small crack in his clavicle with surgery required to insert a plate, he is unavailable this week and will be further assessed next week.

Richmond Physical Performance Manager Peter Burge provided an update on Monday.
“He’s had some scans and it’s showed he has a little crack in there which needs surgical repair and a plate put in there.”
“He’ll miss this week and we’ll reassess beyond this week as to what that means.” Burge said.
Dustin Martin is available this week after missing the game against Carlton with illness.
