AFL News: Wil Powell has been ruled out for the remainder of the season.
He injured his right leg against Adelaide on Sunday, he was stretchered from the ground and taken to hospital shortly thereafter.
Powell has been diagnosed with a fracture and ligament damage to his ankle, surgery is required.

Gold Coast GM of Football Performance Wayne Campbell provided an update on Monday.
“It was a pretty severe injury, he’s dislocated and fractured his ankle with a bit of ligament damage in there as well,”
“He spent the night in hospital last night, will be operated on today and will spend a couple more nights in hospital.” Campbell said.
