The setback for the soon to be 31 year old Redden isn’t ideal, he’ll will miss the majority of pre-season due to shoulder surgery.

Completing a full pre-season is nearly a prerequisite for consideration in long form fantasy.

Redden is likely a complete pass in season long fantasy at Round 1, ownership is set to be low.

He’ll slide significantly in single season draft leagues.
