AFLRATINGS NEWS: Melbourne defender Daniel Turner was assessed for a rib concern on Saturday against Nth Melbourne at Marvel Stadium.
Turner was initially assessed in Q2 and returned, he later came for the ground in Q3 and did not return to the game.

Turner was taken to hospital for further assessment.
He has since been diagnosed with a fractured rib and will miss up to 4 weeks.

“He had imaging done at the hospital which confirmed that he has a small crack in one of his ribs.”
“We’ll assess his availability based on his pain and function over the coming weeks.” Melbourne AFL High Performance Manager Selwyn Griffith.
Melbourne will likely provide an update in the upcoming period.
