AFL FANTASY TAKE
The popularity for Wingard will likely decrease as a result of the latest injury update, many consider that he is value with a likely increase in midfield usage due to the season ending injury to Tom Mitchell.
Wingard is awkwardly priced in season long fantasy, he has averaged over 90.0pts once in the last 5 years.
At this stage, Wingard is a watch & see especially if he can play in 1-2 JLT Series games.
The configuration of the Hawthorn midfield also needs to be established, it will be a difficult task considering the Hawks won’t take full squads into each JLT Series game.
“We’ll vary the squads over those 3 games” Graham Wright on 1 practice game against Carlton next week & 2 JLT Series games.
