2022 AFL Fantasy: Harvey Harrison

Serong averaged 16.7 Disposals, 4.1 Marks & 3.9 Tackles in the NAB League in 2021.

Fantasy Impact: Jai Serong will add versatility to the Hawthorn list, he has the ability to play multiple positions with his height.

He’s highly competitive, has sharp awareness & good speed.

The short term fantasy prospects for Serong are likely limited, he needs to develop physically in his first year with the potential of being trialled at multiple positions which could provide inconsistent scoring.

The long term prospects are likely directly linked to his role, a role as an outside midfielder or half-back would provided a decent scoring output. His flexibility in the Hawks team may be utilised which likely results in fluctuating scores.

Serong is worth a consideration in season long fantasy if he can break through for opportunities in 2022, he is likely to outperform his initial salary.

He’s a pass in single season draft leagues, he’s a possible option late in dynasty leagues as a speculative pick.
